French Stools

I sprayed them white and ivory with kylon dual paint-primer, I painted on ikea glazing paint in red (really orange).

I painted a first coat of ASCP in French linen and then thick French linen and old white to create textured and worn look. French linen again and then washed over with old white and French linen sanding between applications to create a cohesive finish. I upholstered them both with 1 European sham I got on clearance at Kohl’s and also got 20% off. So the “fabric” was $4.22 for both. It matches the same pillow I have on my bed and the throw on my bed. They were so not cute before. I love how they turned out.
