recently I saw this restored telephone table on eleven-o-one
I instantly wanted to find one similar and refinish it for my home. I love the idea of it having an attached seat & retro style.
The delicate lines of these bench tables makes them less sturdy over time. With the age and decades of use they can be nearly impossible to restore from a stability stand point. I am reluctant to purchase one from Craig's List for this very reason. If I could find the right piece it would make a terrific and functional accent piece.
My search goes on to find the right one and make it amazing.
